Manzanilla Beach Cleanup Led by Kaizen Team Manzanilla, Trinidad and Tobago — In an exemplary display of environmental commitment and teamwork, dozens of employees from Kaizen Environmental Services (Trinidad) Limited gathered on the beautiful shores of Manzanilla Beach to participate in a cleanup event as part of the Trinbago International Coastal Clean-Up. Equipped with gloves, bags, and unwavering motivation, the team traversed the coastline from the early morning hours, demonstrating that small actions drive extraordinary transformations. The activity involved not only collecting waste but also the rigorous task of sorting and separating materials.   Results that make a difference Plastic Waste: 385 lbs (19 bags) General Waste: 364 lbs (17 bags) Glass: 108 lbs (14 bags) Bulky items: tires, rigid plastics, and fishing nets were removed directly from the natural environment.   An ongoing commitment to the planet This initiative reinforces Kaizen Environmental Services’ mission to protect our marine ecosystems and foster a culture of sustainability in Trinidad and Tobago. Every piece of trash removed from the sand represents one less threat to marine life and another step toward cleaner, safer shores. Kaizen Team Unites for Earthquake Relief Drive in Venezuela Following the recent earthquakes affecting communities in Venezuela, Kaizen Environmental Services (Trinidad) Limited launched a staff-led relief supply collection drive to support those impacted. Driven by a shared commitment to community welfare, Kaizen employees voluntarily contributed essential non-perishable food items, bottled water, hygiene products, and critical medical supplies. Demonstrating corporate alignment with employee-led values, Kaizen matched every donation dollar for dollar and item for item, delivering all collected relief supplies directly to the Embassy of Venezuela in Trinidad. The donation drive engaged staff across multiple Kaizen locations, including its Freeport main office, La Brea, Galeota and Chaguaramas facilities. Team members actively organized, inventoried, and packed the goods into labeled boxes, ensuring essential aid, including first aid kits, canned goods, grains, and personal hygiene products, was prepared for direct transit. Company representatives formally handed over the documentation and relief materials at the Embassy in Port of Spain, reinforcing the organization’s regional solidarity and support. Kaizen extends its support to the people of Venezuela, wishing affected communities a swift and strong recovery.

With the voluntary participation of our team, the event featured a day of unity, effort, and commitment to the environment. The activity allowed for the collection and classification of a significant amount of waste that was affecting both the island’s marine fauna and terrestrial ecosystems. Every kilogram removed represents a step toward a cleaner ocean, safer beaches, and a more sustainable future. This initiative is a reminder that small collective actions can have a big impact. Kaizen supports young talent: sponsorship of St. Mary’s on its musical and cultural path The St. Mary’s Government Primary School is situated along the Moruga Road in the rural community of St. Mary’s Village. This school is actively involved in many extracurricular activities such as Football, Cricket, 4H, Athletics, Mental Maths and Panorama to name a few.The staff tries to provide the students with holistic educational opportunities thus granting avenues for each child to find activities they excel at. Once such activity is the Steel Orchestra, which enabled a number of students to become proficient in the national instrument and to move forward to secondary school bands and larger bands. St. Mary’s Government Primary School worked their way to the finals of the National Primary School’s Panorama Finals 2025. This year they proudly placed 6th in the competition, a testament to the dedication and hard work of the students. Dressed in their beautiful aqua T-Shirt, they took to the stage at the Queen’s Park Savannah with enthusiasm, spirit and pride. They played their hearts out, displaying not only their talent but their passion for music and culture. The joy on their faces and the sense of accomplishment they felt were truly priceless.
