The Air Quality Challenge
in the Post-Pandemic World

Following the COVID-19 pandemic, many countries experienced a temporary improvement in air quality due to decreased industrial and transportation activity. However, in 2024, the increase in economic activities has brought a worrying return to high levels of pollution in large cities. In highly industrialized regions, such as Asia and North America, emissions of nitrogen dioxide and fine particles have returned to levels dangerous for human health.

Impact on health and the environment

Poor air quality not only contributes to climate change but also has serious consequences for public health. Respiratory diseases, heart problems and strokes have increased in areas with high air pollution. In response to this problem, many cities are adopting stricter policies on the use of fossil fuels, but much remains to be done.

At Kaizen, we understand the importance of keeping air quality under control, especially in industrial areas. Through our air quality services, we provide effective solutions to help companies comply with environmental regulations and reduce their emissions.
