Dr. Anja Seejoor, recipient of an Honorary Doctorate in Leadership and Sustainability, is an executive and academic contributor with over 35 years of experience advancing governance, operational excellence, and sustainability across Caribbean energy and industrial sectors.

Cindy Mackoon-Ramsaroop
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Cindy Mackoon-Ramsaroop is an ACCA-qualified finance professional with over 20 years of experience in accounting and financial management. She has held senior roles across Trinidad and Tobago, strengthening financial governance and strategic decision-making across petrochemical, renewable energy, environmental services, retail, mental health and banking sectors.

Lindsay Boodoo
CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER
Lindsay Boodoo is a strategic marketing executive with over 15 years’ experience in marketing management across multiple sectors. Postgraduate qualified in Marketing, he specialises in integrated strategy, brand positioning and revenue growth, delivering measurable commercial impact.

Shantel Charles
DIVISION MANAGER
(Analytical Services Division)
As Division Manager of the Analytical Services Division, Shantel leads ISO 17025:2017 and GYS170:2021 audits, laboratory business development, strategic operational management and laboratory technical oversight. She holds a MSc, MBA, BSc and has more than seven years’ experience in delivering quality-driven, client focused results in her field.

Visham Ganpath leads the Measurement & Monitoring, Spill Response, and Assessment & Remediation operations. A Master of Environmental Sciences professional, he drives compliant, high-impact project delivery aligned with regulatory standards, client expectations, and operational excellence.

Yohance Boiselle
DIVISION MANAGER
(Civil Works)
As Civil Works’ Division Manager, Yohance leads civil construction and remediation delivery across complex environmental projects. With over 20 years’ public and private sector experience in infrastructure and industrial works, he oversees contract administration, technical execution, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, compliant and efficient project delivery.

Kirk Budhooram
PROCUREMENT MANAGER
Kirk’s tenure with the company spans over 13 years and as the Procurement Manager, he spearheaded the department’s digital evolution, successfully transitioning manual workflows into a paperless system. He directs the entire supply chain, ensuring quality excellence with cost efficiency.

Ammar Roopchan
AREA MANAGER – CENTRAL

Ammar Roopchan holds a BSc. in Chemistry with Minors in Analytical Chemistry and Applied Chemistry and is a senior environmental services professional with 18+ years’ experience in waste management, spill response, compliance and sustainability across Trinidad & Tobago and the Caribbean. He leads strategic portfolios, delivering compliant environmental solutions.

Jenny Tyler

(Chaguaramas Operations)
As Area Manager, Chaguaramas at Kaizen Environmental Services, Jenny drives sales and business development, delivering strategic, compliant solutions for environmental, energy, and infrastructure clients. She brings over 25 years of experience in environmental firm business development and environmental technology design.

Lisa Burnett
CONSULTANT
(Quality Incident Program and Project Management Systems)
Lisa’s career experience is from both the private and public sector globally. She provides project management, business administration and leadership support to the Executive branch of Kaizen Environmental Services. She actively leads in key ESG initiatives specifically, KAIZEN Care Wellness and Tree Planting at the La Brea facility.

Daniel Brito Bello
DIGITAL COMMUNICATION COORDINATOR
Daniel Brito Bello holds a degree in Social Communication and specializes in digital strategy and online presence. He leads the development of web ecosystems and communication structures that strengthen corporate positioning and projection, integrating web design, digital content, and platforms such as Google and Meta.
